Group Reiki is an opportunity to connect to yourself, to feel the love within and embrace who you are.
Each session will begin by setting the intention of the group and after we will proceed with a short meditation. Each person will receive a mini Reiki energy healing treatment.
Because it’s in a group setting, there isn’t much time to individually assess any imbalances that you may be experiencing at the current time. Although if you would like for us to focus in a specific area please let us know.
All are welcome to participate.

The intention of creating a vision board is that you can align yourself with your purpose, maybe you felt a call that a change must occur and you don't know where to start or you know exactly what you want, but you need that assurance, motivation, and focus; creating a vision board can help bring one or more areas to life.
Areas to work: Health, Relationships, Dreams, Goals and Projects, Money, Spirituality, Protection
What to expect: Create Vision Board, Energizing the Vision Board, and close the activity with a dance to embrace our roots
What you will need:
One picture of yourself, cutouts of varied images, as each location on the cardboard represents an area of life.
Affirmations that we need to work on or internalize, you can write or cut out sentences from books, magazines...
