Must I be completely undressed?
No, Reflexology and Reiki are performed with the client dressed; however, we might ask to adjust for some reflex points on the ankles up to the knees . You should wear cloth to your level of comfort.
Will I be covered during the session?
We will provide a blanket in case you get cold.
What parts of my body will be Worked on?
It depends on the session you choose, mostly likely feet, hands, face and ears.
What will the Reflexology feel like?
You will feel gentle pressure in the reflex points of the body, you might feel a referred pain along the way just relax and take 3 deep breathes - Inhale and exhale from the nose.
You should communicate immediately if you feel any discomfort so that another approach may be taken.
Reflexology are most effective when your body is not resisting.
What will a Reiki Session feel like?
Most of the patients will feel relaxed, some of them can good into deep relaxation mode or fall asleep. The most important thing is to be open to receive healing, you might be able to visualize,feel sensations o nothing at all which is totally fine as well.
What will a Sound Therapy feel like?
Most of the patients go into deep relaxation mode or even fall consciously asleep after 15 minutes, most have experienced come and go thoughts like if they were in "battle zone" with their own mind. Also you might experience sensations on the body, for instance if you think of a situation from the past you might feel some discomfort in one or more of the Chakras centers please allow you body to relax, this is part of the healing process. The session will start as soon the meridian pads will be placed on the ankles, wrists and the headphones, we will look thru 3 sounds and you will choose that which sounds works more with you. The sound lasts for 30 minutes, there is 3 sets and a gap between them.
What will a Spiritual Guidance Session feel like?
First we will start of cleansing your aura, balancing your chakras and then the session will begin. You may lay down on the table or be seated, we will do meditation and then connect with our guides to give you a clear message towards your path. Our guides helps us to connect with our path, be open to receive although not all the time we hear what we want or like but yet what need in order to reach to your propose of life. Sometime we do not understand or even interiorize it, it might not even resonate with you and that's alright its thru experience and time that we are able to understand what they had in plan for us. Relax and enjoy your session, everything is guided thru the energy of the universe. Love!!!
What should I do prior/during the session?
Don't eat heavy meals 30 minutes prior to the session, avoid alcohol or drugs.
Prior to the session, feel free to ask any questions about the session. During the session, make yourself comfortable. The practitioner will either gently move you or tell you what is needed throughout the session. Many people just close their eyes and completely relax, communicating if/when they need more or less pressure, another blanket, or anything else relevant to the session.
How will I feel after the Reflexology/ Reiki/ Sound Therapy session?
The effects of a treatment are often experienced immediately after the session. For example, a client may notice that their headache has disappeared or a frozen shoulder has become more mobile. But it may take three to five treatments to bring about complete (or considerable) improvement in a client's condition or complaint. Generally, disorders that someone has suffered from many years will take longer to improve. This means that the practitioner and a client will commit to a treatment plan that spans a few months. The problem is that we live a quick-fix society. Most people tend to expect immediate results, and a single treatment may not correct a problem that has been developing fo years. A longer course of treatments is recommended for all conditions, raging from a twice a week to once a month.

Are there any medical conditions that would make Reflexology inadvisable?
Yes. That's why it's imperative that, before you begin your session, the practitioner asks general health questions. It is very important that you inform the practitioner of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a doctor's care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for Reflexology prior to any session. Depending on the condition, approval from your doctor may be required.
Reflexology absolute contraindicated on; Contagious Disease, High Fever, Gangrene, First Trimester of Pregnancy, Deep-vein thrombosis.
Are there any medical conditions that would make Reiki inadvisable?
There is no scientific proof that there is a contraindication for Reiki although if you have any of the following I would recommend either check with your doctor or before and after session take notes.of how you are feeling.
- Peace Maker, Diabetics with insulin, broken bones, thyroid medication, epilepsy and cancer, high or low blood pressure
Are there any medical conditions that would Sound Frequency Treatments?
There is a few restrictions elsewhere everyone can take advantage of Sound Therapy.
You have an implanted electrical device, Severe panic disorder, Epilepsy, Recent head injury or surgery, Severe autism spectrum disorder, Severe PTSD
